1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what data Cylora may process when you use the website, dashboard, or Discord bot. This is an initial draft and may be updated in the future.

2. Data We Process

Cylora may store Discord IDs, usernames, display names, profile pictures, server and permission information, dashboard login timestamps, server settings, channel and role IDs, level and XP data, command statistics, support tickets, ticket transcripts, and messages that server moderators deliberately submit for moderation review.

3. Purpose

This data is used to provide Discord login, make servers manageable in the dashboard, run bot features such as leveling, scoreboards, chatbot channels, and access controls, and help prevent abuse.

4. Storage

Operational data is stored in PostgreSQL on the Cylora server. Temporary hosted ticket transcripts are stored for their displayed availability period. If a server owner explicitly enables recovery backups, a machine-encrypted, configuration-only backup is retained for six months after Cylora leaves the server. Messages, transcripts, moderation evidence, member profiles, level records, and other user-linked content are not included and are deleted when Cylora leaves.

5. Sharing

Cylora does not sell personal data. Data is exchanged with Discord for login and bot functionality. Text submitted to AI-enabled features may be processed by configured providers including Google Gemini, Groq, or OpenRouter to provide the requested classification or response.

6. Contact and Deletion

Use the dashboard Help menu to submit a support ticket or report if you have privacy questions or want stored data corrected or deleted. Server managers can also delete individual submitted moderation records from their server dashboard.
